HI//low offers workouts on a custom Xformer machine. The workout is similar to pilates, with a higher intensity. It compliments your existing workout routine at all levels of fitness. Modifications and amplifications are suggested throughout class.

Classes are small, so you’ll receive personal, hands-on attention.
